Wrap tool on mockup file not working as expected
If you experience this, please update your Photoshop software. Some of the most recently uploaded mockup template is using Photoshop CC version 2020.
In Photoshop CC version 2020, the Wrap tool has undergone changes, and this change may not be supportive for previous versions.
Unable to open the PSD mockup files
Some of you might experience this, the Photoshop mockup file that you downloaded can’t be opened, maybe you think the file is corrupt, or because of something else.
If you experience this, then try the following solution, add the extension “.psd” at the end of your PSD file name, then try opening it again with Photoshop, this will solve your problem.
The freebies are not actually free to download
All freebies are absolutely free to download, all you need to do is put “0” value in the price filed when the popup download is opened, and you will the access to download the template.
Is it possible to delete my account?
By accessing the site and downloading templates on this site, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions that apply, and your account will automatically be registered here, using either email or social media.
By default your account will be deleted after 30 days, you can delete your account by accessing your account dashboard, then on the Account menu tab, please click the Delete button, then your account will be permanently deleted.
Can I request a refund for the template I paid for?
Unfortunately no, at this time we do not serve refund requests.
The download template is an intangible product, so the product will not experience physical defects. Once a product is downloaded by you, it will be stored in your drive, so it is not possible for you to return a product to request a refund.
If you find a corrupt file, please contact support for help.
