TERMS OF SERVICE & LICENSE
By purchasing or downloading any product (free or paid) from this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use all digital products purchased or downloaded from Vectogravic Design, subject to the terms below.
Permitted Use:
- You may use all free and paid items for commercial and personal projects, including projects for your clients.
- You may use each downloaded item in an unlimited number of projects.
- You are permitted to modify, adapt, or customize the products to fit your project needs.
2. PROHIBITED USE
You are not permitted to do any of the following:
- Claim the downloaded items (original or modified) as your own work.
- Upload, host, or distribute the original or modified files on your own website or any third‑party platform without proper attribution (a visible, clickable link back to the original product page on Vectogravic Design).
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the paid items — whether in original or modified form — to other marketplaces, file-sharing sites, or your own site, even if offered for free.
- Include the original purchased files or source files in any distributed end product (e.g., templates, themes, or assets meant to be resold or shared).
3. NO REFUND POLICY – IMPORTANT
Due to the digital nature of all products sold by Vectogravic Design, and because you can access the files immediately after purchase, all sales are final.
Vectogravic Design does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any purchased digital product, regardless of whether the product has been downloaded or not.
Exceptions may only be made at our sole discretion in cases of:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error.
- The product file is corrupted or missing and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
No refund will be issued for change of mind, incompatibility with third‑party software, or failure to read product descriptions.
4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & UPDATES
Vectogravic Design reserves the right to:
- Update, modify, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
- Change pricing or product specifications.
We are not obligated to provide free updates indefinitely, but we may do so at our discretion.
5. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
The products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Vectogravic Design does not guarantee that the products will be error‑free or fully compatible with your systems.
In no event shall Vectogravic Design be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
6. VIOLATION OF TERMS
If you violate any part of these terms, your license will be terminated immediately. You must delete all copies of the product from your systems and any end products where the product was used in violation of this license. Vectogravic Design reserves the right to pursue legal action if you resell or redistribute our paid items without permission.
